Board of Directors
The ESOA Board of Directors is comprised of the CEO's or other representative from the highest rank of each full member company. Together, they decide the policy and direction of ESOA's work and are accountable to a General Assembly at which all members, both full and supporting, are represented. The ESOA Board meets at least twice a year.
