On November 12, 2008, ESOA members came together in Brussels to speak to Members of the European Parliament, Commission officials and representatives of Member States about the specifics of satellites, their relevance to EU policy objectives and their regulatory requirements (View Summary Document). The day started with a breakfast in the European Parliament hosted by MEP Ján Hudacký.
