ESOA presents at ESA International Relations Committee meeting

The ESOA Secretary General was invited by Jean-Francois Mayence, Chair of the ESA International Relations Committee to speak before ESA delegates on satellite communications for Africa. Aarti Holla-Maini emphasised the role satellite communications can play in contributing to the ahcievement of Millennium Development Goals as well as the significance of preserving the C-Band as the key frequency band for satellite communications in Africa.
ESA International Relations Director Peter Hulsroj noted the appeal to ESA to support efforts to protect C-Band.
